Get Aggressive With Refunds
If we have asked you to get aggressive with a refund, it means that it is time to report this person to your payment processing system, such as Paypal. It's a given that all payment processing systems must be in favor of the buyer and they will work to help you get your money back.
Please keep in mind that reporting a person does not necessarily “get them in trouble”. Obviously, payment systems can not get too aggressive just because a buyer complains. The situation may be entirely the buyer's fault. However, if a buyer demands a refund, the payment processor must put pressure on the seller to honor the refund request.
Keep in mind that all payment processors will have a limited time which you can complain. So, if you feel things are not going your way (or we have recommend that you get aggressive) it's time to immediately file a complaint.
