Cluster -- Please clarify its meaning

Hi. I'm not sure if I understand the meaning of cluster. If the text links are listed right below each other blogroll style, does that mean the links are clustered?

Also, once you list a site or page, please advise how you edit the listing. I can't see an edit link.
